Personality: Ciel is still growing, literally and metaphorically. At the core of his being he is aspiration and the will to dream. He is modest but playful, good-spirited and has a strong sense of justice - even if he believes that "the only morality in a cruel world is chance" - hence, he creates his own morality and adheres to it. Often lost in his own thoughts he may appear aloof and uncaring, though he's quite the opposite - he soaks up information like a sponge and will fight to the death for those he truly cares for; be they his friends or others. An orphan whom had never known his parents, he's long since come to terms with their absence and it hasn't bothered him for some time... he knows not who to miss nor what it's like to have parents, but harbors a bit of jealousy for those children who were lucky enough to be raised the traditional way. He also harbors envy for his best friend, Sirus, for having both parents AND two best friends - Sylph and Ancil. While Sylph and Ancil are his friends too, he often feels like the fourth wheel and, more or less, expendable. He wants more than anything to be "normal" and to be accepted, to fit in, but at the bottom of his heart sits a sum of negativity directed at himself.

Education: Ciel decided to attend school with the other island children when he was old enough to appreciate the value of education. More so, it seemed to be the "normal" thing to do, and to fit in with the other kids he would need to do what they did. With no parents to officially enroll him he simply went, never getting credit for his courses, never having a place on the rosters and attendance sheets.

Biography: Ciel was never meant to exist; he's a consequence of existence.
Auxia the Wise watched his apprentices tear themselves apart in the name of the pursuit of knowledge, and felt he should suffer a fate worse than death for having lead them astray.
He retired to a life of exile on the Play Island of the Destiny archipelago and attempted to finish the chronicling of his research contained within self-authored volumes. He studied the Heart and its machinations, but as a wielder of the Keyblade, he also studied the universe's greatest yet most unknown weapon. Further, he suffered from a terminal illness, and knew his days were numbered.
One night a meteor storm befell the islands. While the children who played there during the day were all asleep in their respective homes, Auxia was out studying the alien pieces of matter that had fallen into the sands. He came upon a crater ten times the size of the others, and when he peered inside... he found a child.
Wise Auxia took this unknown child back to his lab, built and hidden under the wooden structures of the Play Island. Scans performed on the boy revealed that he had a fragmented heart, one that had been torn in twain. Almost instantly, Auxia decided how he could make up for his believed wrongdoings.
Auxia performed a high-output scan of himself, converting his body into data, and transferred his heart into the body of the comatose child. Moments later, Ciel awoke in a zombie-like state, and is to this day unable to remember that first day.
He remembers the next morning, waking on the sands of the Play Island beach, and knowing nothing about himself but his name and his age: seven.
He gathered things from around the island and collected them within his treehouse - an abandoned one he had claimed as his home - and made himself comfortable there. It was something like living within a prison in paradise.
Five years later, a trio of young friends ventured to his neck of the woods. They were Sirus, Sylph, and Ancil, his first and only friends.
To determine superiority, Sirus and Ciel raced around the opposite side of the island to a set goal. Sirus won; thus was born within Ciel a young rivalry and a thin veil of jealousy.

▹▹Active Abilities (Command Deck)
MP: These marked abilities share one pool of "magical" energy, mana or MP.
Blue abilities are performed in Ciel's default stance where he holds his Keyblade like a Kendo stick.
Purple abilities are called "Chains". Chains require some prerequisite and are stronger than normal abilities.

Strike-Raid: Ciel's signature move; the Keyblade is thrown with great ferocity and speed at its target; a two-pronged attack as the Keyblade makes a spinning return to Ciel's hand after hitting or missing its target. Ciel's mastery of Strike-Raid increases during his time as a Keyblade Wielder to the point where he can someday modestly adjust its trajectory even after the Keyblade's left his hand.

Pentathrust: Holding the Keyblade parallel to the ground at shoulder's height, Ciel rapidly thrusts the Keyblade forth a total of five times in the form of moderately powerful stabbing strikes, in the time it would take to perform two normal strikes.

Braver: After a either a successful Reversal or a successful attack, Ciel leaps high into the air and then comes down fiercely on the enemy with the Keyblade, bringing it in a smooth arc over his head from behind his back. Can cleave weaker monsters in two, may stun others.



▹▹Passive Abilities (and Reaction Commands)

Dodge Roll: Ciel lightly handsprings his body into quick motion along the ground, doing a small but somewhat graceful tumble that carries him several feet.

Reversal: Can only be performed when an enemy attacks Ciel. Reacting quickly enough, Ciel can slide around and behind the attacking enemy, putting him in prime striking position.
